MZ-TECH signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Maputo City Health Services in September 2022, through the State Representative Council.
This memorandum will guide the strategic actions and interventions to be carried out at the level of healthcare facilities in the city of Maputo, in order to ensure quality technical support to healthcare facilities and contribute to improving the quality of healthcare services, especially in the area of HIV.
The ceremony was presided by the Secretary of State of the City of Maputo and was attended by partners who support SSCM in the health sector, particularly the AURUM INSTITUTE, CHAI and the Pink October Association.

During the event, the Honorable Secretary of State, Vicente Joaquim, invited the participants to join together to "create synergies in the different healthcare sectors in order to promote and guarantee the provision of excellent services through technical assistance, education, advocacy and research activities..
In conclusion, those present were also urged to create a culture of accountability by submitting reports on their activities on a regular basis.
